This Week at JTH Electrics: EICRs, Kitchen Fixes & Fountain Repairs
It’s been another busy and rewarding week for the team at JTH Electrics, with a great mix of jobs for both new and returning customers.
We kicked things off with two EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)—one for a homeowner preparing to move to Spain and rent out his property, and another for a local dog grooming salon ensuring they stay compliant and safe for their furry clients.
Next, we had the pleasure of working with a long-standing customer, upgrading their lighting with sleek new recessed downlights—a modern touch that really lifted the space. We also helped another valued returning client by installing new lights throughout their home, keeping things bright and energy-efficient.
Midweek, we got stuck into a kitchen first fix for a new
customer—laying the electrical groundwork to support a full renovation. We also tracked down and repaired a faulty junction box powering a garden fountain pump—keeping water features flowing smoothly without tripping out.
To round things off, we installed new under-cupboard lighting for better kitchen visibility and added an immersion heater timer to help save energy and give our customer more control over their hot water
If you’re in need of electrical work—whether it’s safety checks, fault-finding, or new installations—feel free to get in touch. We’re always happy to help.
