Hello, everyone! It’s been another busy and productive week at JTH Electrics, and we’re excited to share our latest projects and updates with you. From kitchen renovations to pool pumps and everything in between, we’ve had our hands full with a variety of electrical tasks. Plus, we have a new apprentice to introduce!
Monday: A Day of Renovation and Customer Care
Our week started with a bang as we delved into a property renovation project. We tackled the installation of new kitchen wiring, added stylish recessed lights throughout the house, upgraded the smoke alarm system, and provided additional sockets for the homeowner. In the afternoon, we had the pleasure of assisting one of our loyal customers by installing a bathroom extractor fan, ensuring their space remains fresh and comfortable.
Tuesday: Renovation Continues and Second Fixing
Back at the renovation project, we continued our work, ensuring every detail was just right. In the afternoon, we shifted gears to second fix a different property, using customer-supplied accessories and correcting the wiring for bathroom extractor fans. Attention to detail is our top priority!
Wednesday: Diving into Poolside Electricals
Midweek, we returned to the renovation project, making progress on the initial fix. Additionally, we took on an exciting challenge by testing the electrical supply for a swimming pool pump and heater. Ensuring safety and functionality are crucial when it comes to poolside electronics.
Thursday: Meeting Regulations and New Customers
Thursday was a day of meeting various needs. We installed smoke alarms in a rental property to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. We also added two new double sockets in a guest bedroom for a new customer. As winter approaches, we helped another new customer prepare with floodlight installations for increased security during darker nights. We also upgraded a customer’s shed supply with Armoured cable, ensuring safety and reliability.
Friday: Wrapping Up and New Challenges
Friday saw us adding the finishing touches to our week’s work. We replaced a pull cord with a modern light switch in a customer’s bathroom, improving convenience and aesthetics. We also resolved a lighting problem for a new customer who had recently fitted lights but faced wiring issues. Finally, we wrapped up the week with another floodlight installation, lighting up a customer’s driveway and enhancing their property’s security.
Welcoming Our New Apprentice
This week, we had the pleasure of trialling a new apprentice who showed great promise. We’re excited to announce that they will be joining the JTH Electrics team as a full-fledged employee, and we’ll introduce them more formally next week!
